摘要
自1995年我国已成为资源性产品的净进口国,实施自然资源的开放型发展战略十分必要。本文通过对我国紧缺自然资源及其在世界各国分布和富集状况的研究,并以林业资源为例,探讨我国对外直接投资和在海外建立自主开发资源基地的区域战略。
Cultivated land,meadow,forest,water and some mineral resources are scarce in China,and from 1995 China had become a net importer of primary goods,so it is necessary to implement an open development strategy for natrual resources.This article discusses the regional strategies for foreign direct investment and overseas exploitation bases of China,mainly about some mineral recources and forest recources.At first,through generalizing specialists evaluation and quoting recources guarantee period,the article educes the scarce mineral resources of China,chiefly including crude oil,natural gas,iron ore,chrome ore,copper,cobalt and sylvine,and studys on their distribution around the world.Then the article presents alternative countries where are suitable for correlative industries of China to invest directly.Next,China had to import forest product to make up the gap between demand and supply in a long time,So the article discusses the forest resources in detail.Based on unbalanced distribution of forest resources in the world and the characteristics of demand-supply in forest product markets both home and abroad,the article uses the clustering analysis to chooes the counries suitable for investing.And associated with the choice of forestry industries,the article finally discusses the regional strategies of foreign direct investment for these industries.
