摘要
改革开放以来,福建省的对外直接投资得到迅速发展,制定和实施全球性的对外直接投资战略已经提上议程。本文首先阐述福建省对外直接投资的必要性,进而分析了福建省投资的优势与存在的问题,并在此基础上重点探讨福建省对外直接投资的区域和产业的战略选择。
The Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)of Fujian province has rapidly developed since 1979.Urgently the formulation of FDI’S strategy should be placed in the agenda of the economic sustainable development plans of Fujian province.The author points out that on the current trend of the global economic integration is imperative to accurate the pace of FDI,which contributes to readjusting the industrial structure,acquiring the scarce resources,importing the advanced technology and management,increasing the export volumes.And there exits some comparative superiority facilitating the development of Fujian’s FDI,including many of potent out-oriented enterprise groups,the useful experiences of attracting the foreign investment,the suitable technology,the widespread overseas Chinese networks.Based on the above analysis,the paper differentiates the regional and industrial strategies of Fujian’s FDI on the globe divided into the developed nations,the developing nations and regions,Commonwealth of Independent States and East Europe.
