平阴玫瑰精油抗氧化及美白功效评价

摘要 通过DPPH自由基清除试验、ABTS自由基清除试验检测不同含量平阴玫瑰精油的抗氧化能力,并与抗氧化剂维生素C进行对比。通过NaOH裂解法测定黑色素生成抑制率、多巴氧化法检测酪氨酸酶抑制率,使用流式细胞仪检测黑色素小体从B16细胞转运到PAM212的转运量,并与α-熊果苷进行对比评价不同含量平阴玫瑰精油的美白功效。结果显示,平阴玫瑰精油的抗氧化能力随含量增加而增强;细胞试验显示平阴玫瑰精油能够减少黑色素合成,抑制B16细胞中酪氨酸酶活性,还可以抑制黑色素小体从B16细胞向PAM212细胞的转运。因此,平阴玫瑰精油作为抗氧化和美白功效原料具有良好的应用前景。 The antioxidant capacity of Rosa rugosa oil with different concentrations was detected by DPPH free radical scavenging experiment and ABTS free redical scavenging experiment compared with the common antioxidant vitamin C.The inhibitory rate of melanin synthesis was determined by NaOH cleavage method.The inhibitory effect of Rosa rugosa oil on tyrosinase activity was determined by dopamine oxidation method.The transshipment volume of melanin bodies from B16 cells to PAM212 was determined by flow cytometry.The whitening efficacy of Rosa rugosa oil with different concentrations was evaluated by comparing with arbutin.The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of Rosa rugosa oil increased in a dose-dependent manner.The results of cell experiment showed that Rosa rugosa oil could effectively inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in B16 cells and reduce the synthesis of melanin.Flow cytometry showed that Rosa rugosa oil could effectively inhibit the transport of melanin bodies from B16 cells to PAM212 cells.Therefore,Rose rugosa oil has a good application prospect as a raw material with antioxidant and whitening effects.
