摘要
建立化妆品及原料中聚氨丙基双胍(PAPB)的毛细管胶束电动色谱(MEKC)定量测定方法。以熔融石英毛细管(40/50.2 cm,有效/总长度)为分离柱,20 mmol/L四硼酸钠(Na2B4O7)和30 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)混合溶液为分离缓冲溶液,分离电压为25 kV,检测波长为235 nm,并考察了分离缓冲体系及样品提取液等对PAPB测定的影响。PAPB在1~120μg/mL线性良好,相关系数(r2)大于0.999,方法检出限(LOD)为3μg/g,方法定量限(LOQ)为10μg/g,三水平加标回收率为88.9%~98.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~3.7%。建立的方法准确、快速、简便,适用于化妆品及原料中聚氨丙基双胍的准确测定及质量监督。
A method for the determination of polyaminopropyl biguanide(PAPB)by capillary micelle electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)was established.A fused silica capillary(40/50.2 cm,effective/total length)was used as the separation column under a separation voltage of 25 kV and the detection wavelength of 235 nm.The separation buffer consisted of 20 mmol/L sodium tetraborate(Na2B4O7)and 30 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The factors such as buffer type,concentrations of the buffer and SDS,the sample extration solution which influenced the determination were investigated.PAPB had a good linearity in the range of 1~120μg/mL with correlation coefficients(r2)larger than 0.999.The limit of detection(LOD)and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)were determined as 3μg/g and 10μg/g,respectively.The spiked recoveries at 3 levels ranged from 88.9%to 98.6%with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.4%to 3.7%.The MEKC method is accurate,rapid and simple.It is suitable for the accurate determination of PAPB in cosmetics and raw materials.
