摘要
开卷机是落料生产线中的关键设备,主要功能是把钢卷打开并提供张力,为后续工艺输送卷材。本文介绍一套基于国产MD810系列变频器控制的开卷控制系统,并对开卷工艺作简要介绍,对系统硬件配置、软件设计作了重点阐述。
Uncoiler is the key equipment in the drop feed production line,the main function is to open the steel coil and provide tension to deliver the coil for the subsequent process.This paper mainly introduces a set of uncoiler control system based on the domestic MD810 series of inverter control,the uncoiler process is briefly introduced,the system hardware configuration,software design is highlighted.
