导师制模式下医学本科生科研创新能力培养研究 被引量:2

Research on the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of medical undergraduates under the tutorial system model

摘要 本科生科研创新能力培养是深化高等教育改革的重中之重。导师制模式对于医学本科生科研创新能力培养具有积极作用,但在实施过程中存在导师任务繁重、师生比例不合理、导师评价与激励机制不完善、师生之间合作交流效果差等问题。文章提出合理构建医学本科生导师团队、加强师资内涵建设、完善导师评价与激励机制、按照师生双方意愿确定本科生导师以及激发本科生科研学习的自主性等建议,旨在促进医学本科生科研创新能力培养,实现科教研的有机融合。 The cultivation of undergraduate students’scientific research and innovation ability is the top priority in deepening the reform of higher education.The tutoring system plays a positive role in fostering the scientific research and innovation ability of medical undergraduates.However,in the implementation process,there are problems such as heavy workload for mentors,unreasonable student-mentor ratio,imperfect mentor evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and poor cooperation and communication between students and mentors.This article proposes suggestions such as rationally constructing a mentor team for medical undergraduates,strengthening the connotation construction of the teaching staff,improving the mentor evaluation and incentive mechanism,determining the mentor of undergraduates according to the mutual willingness of both students and mentors,and stimulating the autonomy of undergraduates in scientific research learning.The aim is to promote the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of medical undergraduates and achieve the organic integration of scientific research and teaching.
