摘要
骨组织工程(bone tissue engineering,BTE)支架的成分、孔径、孔隙率、机械性能等对骨再生的影响已被广泛研究。然而,目前关于其多尺度结构设计影响骨再生的研究仍不充分。基于仿生技术的发展,通过模仿天然材料的多尺度结构来改善BTE支架的机械性能和生物学活性以促进骨再生,是一种有前景的策略。因此,本文综述了近年来仿生结构材料在BTE支架中的研究进展,并讨论了未来发展的机遇和挑战,旨在为设计出性能更优越的BTE支架提供灵感。
The influence of component composition,pore size,porosity,and mechanical properties of bone tissue engineering(BTE)scaffolds on bone regeneration has been extensively studied.However,there is currently a lack of research on the impact of multi-scale structural design on bone regeneration.With the advancement of biomimetic technology,mimicking the multiscale structures of natural materials presents a promising strategy to enhance the mechanical performance and biological activity of BTE scaffolds and facilitate bone regeneration.As such,this review provides a summary of recent advances in biomimetic structural materials utilized in BTE scaffolds,discussing future development opportunities and challenges with the aim of inspiring the design of BTE scaffolds with superior properties.
