摘要
在历史虚无主义诸多散播介质中,互联网起到了推波助澜的重要作用。为全面认识网络历史虚无主义,于互联网的发展历史中长时段考察其网络蔓延的进程与规律,可大致分为1990年代涉足网络空间,2000年代与自传播相结合,2010年代主阵地转移至网络,2020年代智能化传播四个重要阶段。在互联网技术发展的不同阶段,历史虚无主义呈现出不同的特性,反映出历史虚无主义思潮内嵌于互联网信息技术衍生、蔓延的规律。当下智能传播迭代发展,研判和应对历史虚无主义,需要以全新的问题域审视互联网信息技术、历史虚无主义潜在挑战与网络治理之间的互动关系。
Among many media of historical nihilism,the Internet has played an important role in adding fuel to the flame.In order to fully understand the nihilism of network history,the process and law of its network spread can be roughly divided into four important stages,namely,entering cyberspace in the 1990s,combining with self-propagation in the 2000s,the main base shifting to the network in the 2010s,and intelligent dissemination in the 2020s.At different stages of the development of Internet technology,historical nihilism presents different characteristics,reflecting the law of the derivation and spread of historical nihilism trend embedded in Internet information technology.At present,the iterative development of intelligent communication,research,judgment and response to historical nihilism need to examine the interaction between Internet information technology,potential challenges of historical nihilism and network governance from a new perspective.
