摘要
肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)是由一系列肽类、激素、酶组成的重要体液调节系统,存在于胃肠道、肝脏、胰腺、脂肪、肌肉、骨组织、神经组织以及免疫和循环系统中,可以调节和维持人体血压、水-电解质平衡等,维持人体内环境的相对稳定。肠道RAS参与体液和电解质平衡、葡萄糖稳态、氨基酸代谢、肠道运动管理、炎症调节、纤维化和恶性肿瘤的发展等多个过程,与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文对RAS、特别是肠道RAS的生理病理功能研究进展进行综述,以期为广大学者提供参考。
Renin-angiotensin system(RAS)is an important humoral regulatory system composed of a series of peptides,hormones and enzymes,which exists in gastrointestinal tract,liver,pancreas,fat,muscle and bone tissue,nerve tissue,immune and circulatory system.It can regulate and maintain the balance of blood pressure,water and electrolytes,and maintain the relative stability of the human environment.Local intestinal RAS is involved in humoral and electrolyte balance,glucose homeostasis,amino acid metabolism,intestinal movement management,inflammatory regulation,fibrosis and malignant tumor development,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.This paper reviewed the research progress on the physiological and pathological functions of RAS,especially local intestinal RAS,in order to provide reference for scholars.
