摘要
巨天冬氨酸转氨酶血症通常是指血中AST与免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM或IgA)形成复合体,引起AST活性在体内持续升高的一种良性疾病。本病常见于60岁以下女性及儿童表现为孤立性AST升高,通过PEG沉淀试验可以快速明确诊断。现将临床工作中遇到的1例成人孤立性AST升高进行病例报告并文献复习。
Macroaspartate aminotransferaseemia usually refers to a benign disease in which AST in the blood forms a complex with immunoglobulins(IgG,IgM or IgA),causing AST activity to continue to increase in the body.This disease is common in women and children under 60 years old,and is manifested as isolated elevation of AST.The PEG precipitation test can quickly confirm the diagnosis.This paper reported a case of isolated AST elevation in an adult encountered in clinical work and reviewed the literature.
