摘要
由于对菱形挂篮的结构了解不够全面,常规的现浇箱梁菱形挂篮悬臂施工技术施工效果较差。因此,设计了大跨度预应力现浇箱梁菱形挂篮悬臂施工技术。在施工前,做好现场的清理工作,对菱形挂篮的具体结构进行了解和分析,在挂篮预压时,采用模拟加载的方式,获得与挂篮相关的各项参数,在挂篮前移时,需要利用牵引设备,对其进行固定和支撑,在进行混凝土浇筑时,需要保证混凝土的稳定性,在压浆施工时,需进行连续压浆,完成上述施工后,进行挂篮拆除,并对拆除的结构进行保存。通过上述的设计,完成对大跨度预应力现浇箱梁菱形挂篮悬臂施工技术的设计。在工程实例中,设计的大跨度预应力现浇箱梁菱形挂篮悬臂施工技术施工后的承载能力符合标准,施工效果较好。
Due to a lack of comprehensive understanding of the structure of diamond shaped hanging baskets,conventional cantilever construction techniques for cast-in-place box girder diamond shaped hanging baskets have poor construction results.Therefore,a large-span prestressed cast-in-place box girder diamond shaped hanging basket cantilever construction technology was designed.Before construction,do a good job in cleaning the site,understand and analyze the specific structure of the diamond shaped hanging basket.During the pre pressing of the hanging basket,simulate the loading method to obtain various parameters related to the hanging basket.When the hanging basket moves forward,traction equipment needs to be used to fix and support it.When pouring concrete,it is necessary to ensure the stability of the concrete.During grouting construction,continuous grouting is required.After completing the above construction,remove the hanging basket and store the removed structure.Through the above design,the design of the diamond shaped hanging basket cantilever construction technology for large-span prestressed cast-in-place box girder is completed.In engineering examples,the designed large-span prestressed cast-in-place box girder diamond shaped hanging basket cantilever construction technology has a load-bearing capacity that meets the standards after construction,and the construction effect is good.
