摘要
对65 mm厚的TA5钛合金板分别在700℃、750℃、800℃、850℃、900℃、950℃进行了保温120 min空冷退火处理,然后检测板的显微组织和室温拉伸性能。结果表明:在700~950℃退火的TA5合金板α相从拉长、扭曲状变为等轴状,在800℃左右再结晶完成,并随着退火温度的提高,再结晶晶粒明显长大;随着退火温度的升高,板的抗拉强度和屈服强度下降,而断后伸长率和断面收缩率先升高后下降,在800~850℃退火的TA5合金板强度和塑性最佳。
65-mm-thick TA5 titanium alloy plates were annealed by soaking for 120 min at 700℃、750℃,800℃,850℃,900℃and 950℃followed by air cooling,respectively.After this,the plates were tested for microstructure and tensile properties at room temperature.The results showed that(a)αphases changed from elongated and twisted shape to equiaxial shape,recrystallized completely at about 800℃,and the recrystallized grains grew significantly with the increase in annealing temperature,in TA5 alloy plate annealed at 700℃to 950℃;and(b)as the annealing temperature was raised,the plate decreased in both tensile strength and yield strength,and increased at first and then decreased in both elongation and area reduction,and the TA5 alloy plate annealed at 800℃to 850℃exhibited the optimum strength and plasticity.
