摘要
对TC6钛合金分别在940℃、960℃、980℃和1000℃进行保温1.5 h空冷的退火处理,然后检测合金的显微组织、冲击性能和冲击断口的微观形貌。结果表明:随着退火温度从两相区升高至单相区,合金中初生α相减少直至消失,而次生α相增多,双相组织变为细片状β转变组织;随着退火温度的升高,合金的冲击性能降低;在较低温度退火的合金冲击断口有大量韧窝,随着退火温度的升高,冲击断口中的韧窝减少并成为岩石状,合金的断裂模式从韧性断裂变为脆性断裂。
TC6 titanium alloy was annealed by heating at 940℃,960℃,980℃and 1000℃,holding for 1.5 h followed by air cooling,respectively.After this,The alloy was tested for microstructure,impact property and microscopic morphology of impact fracture.The results showed that(a)as the annealing temperature increased from the two-phase region to the single-phase region,the primaryαphase decreased to nil,the secondaryαphase increased,and the duplex structure changed into fine lamellarβ-converted structure,in the alloy;(b)with the increase in annealing temperature the impact property of the alloy decreased;and(c)the impact fracture of the alloy annealed at lower temperatures exhibited a large amount of dimples,with the rise in annealing temperature the dimples in the impact fracture decreased and became rock-like,and fracture mode of the alloy changed from ductile to brittle fracture.
