高原气候条件下混凝土路面性能的影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 高原气候条件具有温差大、气压低、紫外线辐射强烈和极度干燥等显著特征,与常规平原地区存在较大差异。近年来在国家西部大开发政策的引领下,高原道路等基础设施的建设规模逐年扩大,对混凝土路面提出了更为严格的要求。本文以温差和气压2个因素为切入点,总结了高原气候条件对混凝土可靠性的影响,温差和气压的改变会导致混凝土内部产生温度应力和大孔隙,均不利于混凝土的整体稳定和强度提升;以抗冻融性能为评价指标,分析了高原气候条件对混凝土路面耐久性的影响,发现温差是通过孔隙直径影响混凝土路面的抗冻融性能,造成路面开裂破坏,而使用低热水泥或粉煤灰、加入减水剂和引气剂等,可以提高高原混凝土路面的性能;最后从设计、原材料及养护等方面介绍了高原混凝土路面性能提升的主要方法。 Plateau climate conditions have signif icant character istics such as large temperature differences,low air pressure,strong ultraviolet radiation,and extreme dryness,and there are substantial differences in climate conditions compared to conventional areas.In recent years,under the guidance of the national western development policy,the construction scale of infrastructure such as plateau roads,has been expanding year by year,which has put forward stricter requirements for concrete pavement.This article takes two factors,temperature difference and air pressure,as the starting point to explore the inf luence of plateau climate conditions on the reliability of concrete pavement.Changes in temperature difference and air pressure can lead to temperature stress and large pores inside the concrete,which are not conducive to overall stability and strength improvement.Using freeze-thaw resistance as the evaluation index,the inf luence of plateau climate conditions on the durability of concrete pavement is analyzed.It is found that temperature difference affects the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete pavement through pore diameter,causing pavement cracking and damage.The use of low-heat cement or f ly ash,adding water-reducing agents and air-entraining agents can improve the performance of plateau concrete pavement.Finally,the main methods for improving the performance of plateau concrete pavement are introduced from the aspects of design,raw materials,and maintenance.
