基于时域插值的小脉宽信号高精度测频方法

摘要 针对低信噪比环境下小脉宽信号的频率测量精度问题,文章提出了一种基于时域插值与Jacobsen算法结合的FFT高精度频率测量方法。通过仿真分析,研究了不同插值方式、不同信噪比以及不同FFT点数对频率测量精度的影响。结果表明,与传统的Jacobsen算法相比,该方法在频率测量精度上取得了进一步提升,并展现出较强的抗噪性能。此外,该方法在Xilinx FPGA平台上进行了验证,证明了其工程可行性和准确性。由于计算量较小,该方法易于实现实时处理,具有良好的工程应用前景。这一研究成果为数字接收机中小脉宽信号的频率测量提供了一种有效的解决方案。 Aiming at the problem of frequency measurement accuracy of small pulse width signal in low Signal-to-Noise Ratio environment,this paper proposes the FFT high-precision frequency measurement method based on time domain interpolation and Jacobsen algorithm.Through simulation analysis,the effects of different interpolation methods,different Signalto-Noise Ratio,and different FFT points on frequency measurement accuracy are studied.The results show that compared with the traditional Jacobsen algorithm,this method further improves the frequency measurement accuracy and exhibits strong antinoise performance.In addition,the method is verified on the Xilinx FPGA platform,which proves its engineering feasibility and accuracy.Due to the small amount of calculation,the method is easy to realize real-time processing and has a good prospect of engineering application.The research results provide an effective solution for the frequency measurement of small pulse width signals in digital receivers.
