摘要
青贮饲料作为肉牛养殖中重要的粗饲料来源,其应用技术及营养价值优化对提升养殖效益具有重要意义。文章系统综述了青贮饲料在肉牛养殖中的应用现状及研究进展,重点探讨其对肉牛生长性能、消化效率及肉品质的影响,并分析了加工调制技术、投喂策略及饲料配比优化的关键因素,以期为青贮饲料在肉牛养殖中的应用提供参考,推动肉牛养殖的可持续发展和经济效益提升。
Silage is an important roughage source in beef cattle breeding,and its application technology and nutritional value optimization are of great significance to improving the efficiency of breeding.This paper systematically reviewed the application status and research progress of silage in beef cattle breeding,focusing on its impact on growth performance,digestion efficiency and meat quality of beef cattle,and analyzed the key factors of processing and modulation technology,feeding strategy and feed ratio optimization,in order to provide reference for the application of silage in beef cattle breeding.Promote the sustainable development and economic efficiency of beef cattle breeding.
