摘要
嗅觉受体是犬感知外界环境中挥发性气味信息的最主要生物活性分子。在主要嗅觉黏膜上,嗅觉受体分三步实现其功能:时空表达、配体识别、信号转导。异源表达系统构建是实现犬嗅觉受体功能研究的重要方法。为解读犬摄食、发情交配、防御、探求等行为机制,文章综述了主要嗅觉黏膜上犬嗅觉受体基因家族在蛋白水平上的定位、定量、功能结构域及信号通路等方面的研究报道,助力犬的科学饲养管理和应用。
Olfactory receptors are the most important bioactive molecules for dogs to perceive volatile odor information in the external environment.On the main olfactory mucosa,olfactory receptors perform their functions in three steps:spatio-temporal expression,ligand recognition,and signal transduction.The construction of allogenic expression system is an important method to study the function of olfactory receptors in dogs.In order to interpret the behavioral mechanisms of dog feeding,estrus mating,defense,and exploration,this article reviewed the existing reports on the localization,quantification,functional domain and signaling pathway of the olfactory receptor gene families on the main olfactory mucosa,which will help the scientific breeding management and application of dogs.
