光束特征对激光熔覆成形钛合金温度场及应力场的影响

Effect of Beam Characteristics on the Temperature Field and Stress Field of Titanium Alloy Deposited by Laser Cladding Forming

摘要 采用数值模拟方法对激光熔覆成形钛合金过程中的温度场和应力场进行系统的仿真分析,对比中空环形热源和高斯热源两种典型光束特征下熔覆层与基材的温度场及应力场演变规律。结果表明,通过改变光束能量分布能有效调控熔池形貌和热应力分布;随着熔覆层数增加,两种热源条件下均会导致热积累效应显著,进而影响应力场分布特征;环形热源相较于高斯热源的层间温度分布更均匀,残余应力水平更低。 A systematic numerical simulation analysis was conducted to investigate the temperature field and stress field during laser cladding forming(LCF)of titanium alloy.The temperature field distribution and stress field evolution characteristics between the deposition layer and substrate were compared under two typical beam characteristics:hollow annular heat source and Gaussian heat source.Simulated results indicate that adjusting beam energy distribution can effectively regulate molten pool morphology and thermal stress distribution.Under both heat source conditions,the increasing number of cladding layers induces significant thermal accumulation effects,consequently influencing stress field distribution patterns.Compared with the Gaussian heat source,the annular heat source generates more interlayer temperature field distribution,thereby significantly reducing residual stress levels.
