摘要
通过文献资料法、比较分析法,对CBA选秀大会存在问题进行分析,发现我国大学生球员通过CBA选秀进入职业联赛的数量以及赛场贡献远低于通过选秀进入NBA的美国大学生。针对存在问题提出以下建议和对策:加强大学篮球运动员竞技水平;加强高校与职业俱乐部的合作交流;逐步完善“体教融合”的人才培养模式。为促进完善中国大学生球员通过选秀加入CBA联赛提供参考。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of CBA draft by means of literature and comparative analysis,and finds that the number of Chinese college players entering professional league through CBA draft and their contributions to the court are much lower than those of American college students entering NBA through the draft.According to the existing problems,the following suggestions and countermeasures are put forward:strengthening the competitive level of college basketball players;strengthen the cooperation and exchange between universities and professional clubs;gradually improve the talent training model of"integration of physical education".It provides reference for promoting and perfecting Chinese college players to join CBA league through draft.
