摘要
光缆和电缆是一种重要的信息传输介质,特别是在通信和电力领域具有至关重要的地位。由于在实际应用中,存在诸多不可预见的因素,如火灾等,因此对光电缆进行阻燃耐火燃烧评价非常必要。本文从常见的阻燃耐火光电缆的入手,比较了阻燃和耐火的不同之处以及燃烧性能的分级要求,国内外相关标准的异同,并对光电缆的火焰传播特性、烟气密度、烟气毒性、气体酸度、燃烧滴落物、热释放等评价指标进行了详细的分析。在此基础上,进一步明确了光电缆的阻燃、耐火、燃烧特性,以期为客户在选择线缆产品的阻燃、耐火、燃烧性能测试时提供参考,为线缆产品探寻绿色环保、消防安全等技术要求和相关标准的持续发展。
Optical cables and electrical cables are important information transmission media,especially playing a crucial role in the fields of communication and electric power.Due to various unpredictable factors in practical applications,such as fires,it is very necessary to evaluate the flame retardant and fire resistance of optical and electrical cables.Starting from the common flame-retardant and fire-resistant optical cables,this paper compares the differences between flame retardant and fire resistance,as well as the grading requirements for combustion performance,the similarities and differences in related domestic and international standards,and conducts a detailed analysis of the evaluation indicators of optical cables,such as flame propagation characteristics,smoke density,smoke toxicity,degree of acidity,flaming droplet,and heat release.On this basis,the flame retardant,fire resistance,and combustion characteristics of optical and electric cables are further clarified,with a view to providing references for customers while selecting the flame retardant,fire resistance,and combustion performance tests of cable products,and exploring the continuous development of technical requirements and related standards for green environmental protection and fire safety for cable products.
