渤海海域油田平台子母管铺设工艺

Piggyback Pipeline Laying Process of Oilfield Platform in Bohai Sea Area

摘要 针对油田平台子母管铺设中的问题,对子母管铺设工艺进行研究。在渤海海域某油田平台的子母管铺设项目中,从主作业船适应性改造、子母管固定形式和子母管防扭转措施等3个方面形成子母管铺设工艺。该工艺的实践应用可为后续的油田平台子母管铺设项目提供一定参考价值。 In view of the piggyback pipeline laying problems of oilfield platform,the piggyback pipeline laying process is studied.In the piggyback pipeline laying project of an oilfield platform in Bohai Sea area,the piggyback pipeline laying process is formed in adaptive reconstruction of main operation ship,fixing form of piggyback pipeline,and anti-torsion measures of piggyback pipeline.The practical application of the process can provide certain reference value for the subsequent piggyback pipeline laying projects of oilfield platform.
