摘要
定日镜是熔盐塔式太阳能热发电站的关键部件,定日镜面形质量直接影响其光学效率,因此,面形检测技术研究具有重要意义。分析了定日镜面形误差来源,对比了3种常见的定日镜面形检测方法的优缺点;重点研究了3D检测法在定日镜面形检测中的应用,并提出了采用3D扫描仪扫描定日镜背面的检测方法,获取了定日镜面形的点云数据,并与理论数学模型进行对比,得出了定日镜面形误差。经实验验证,该方法可行,可为定日镜面形检测提供1种新的技术方案。
The heliostat is a key component of the molten salt tower CSP station,and the surface quality of the heliostat directly affects the optical efficiency.Therefore,the research on the detection technology of the heliostat surface shape is of great significance.This paper analyzes the sources of heliostat surface shape errors and compares the advantages and disadvantages of three common heliostat surface shape detection methods.Focuses on the application of 3D detection methods in heliostat surface shape detection and proposes a detection method of using a 3D scanner to scan the back of the heliostat,and obtain the point cloud data of the heliostat surface shape,and compares it with the theoretical mathematical model to obtain the heliostat surface error.The experimental results show that this method is feasible and provides a new technical solution for the detection of heliostat surface shape.
