摘要
以内蒙古太西无烟煤为研究对象,采用HF-HNO_(3)法制备超纯煤,通过正交实验方法,分别分析了HF/HNO_(3)浓度、反应温度和反应时间等因素对超纯煤灰分的影响,获得了制备超纯煤的最佳实验条件,得到了灰分为0.03%的超纯煤;同时对HF酸的回收工艺进行改进,明显提升回收效果。
Taking Taixi anthracite in Inner Mongolia as the research object,ultra-pure coal was prepared by the HF-HNO_(3)method.Using orthogonal experimental method,the effects of HF/HNO_(3)concentration,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the ultra-pure coal ash content were investigated,the best experimental conditions for preparing ultra-pure coal were determined,and the ultra-pure coal with ash content of 0.03%was determined;At the same time,the recovery process of HF acid was improved,and the recovery effect was more significant.
