摘要
隐伏地下的大型人工或天然洞穴可对重大工程建设项目构成颠覆性影响,如何降低钻探工作量且彻底查明其分布情况,一直是工程勘察难题。传统钻探方法追踪隐伏地下洞穴走向,费时费力成本高,通过研制一套钻孔成像系统,将成像探头伸入钻孔置入地下洞穴中即可查明地下洞穴走向,再结合少量钻探工作进行追踪验证,即可查明隐伏地下洞穴的分布情况,解决地下洞穴勘察难题。该系统在某2×660 MW“上大压小”燃煤发电厂隐伏地下防空洞探查中应用,表明自制钻孔成像系统探查隐伏地下洞穴效率高、成本低,成果直观可靠,可广泛应用于防空洞、岩溶洞穴等各类隐伏地下洞穴的探查。
Large artificial or natural caves hidden underground can have a disruptive impact on major engineering construction projects.How to reduce drilling workload and thoroughly determine their distribution has always been a challenge in engineering exploration.Traditional drilling methods for tracking the direction of hidden underground caves are time-consuming,labor-intensive,and costly.In this paper,a drilling imaging system is developed.The imaging probe is inserted into the borehole and placed in the underground cave to determine the direction of the underground cave.Combined with a small amount of drilling work for tracking and verification,the distribution of hidden underground caves can be determined,solving the problem of underground cave exploration.The application of a self-made drilling imaging system in the exploration of hidden underground air defense caves in 2×660 MW“high pressure and small”coal-fired power plant has shown high efficiency,low cost,and reliable results.It can be widely used in the exploration of various hidden underground caves such air defense caves and karst caves.
