摘要
文章针对高比例海上风电接入的电力系统后调峰能力不足,设计“源网荷储”调度优化模型,通过对历史风力数据的分析和预测,配置储能站协同系统中发电侧、电网侧和负荷侧进行调峰。仿真结果表明:“源网荷储”调度优化模型能够提升电力系统整体的调度强度和频率,提高海上风电机组的消纳水平,同时降低整个系统的运行成本。
Aiming at the lack of peak regulation capacity of power system with high proportion of offshore wind power,a“source-grid-load-storage”scheduling optimization model is designed.Through the analysis and prediction of historical wind data,the peak regulation of power generation side,power grid side and load side in the energy storage station cooperative system is configured.The simulation results show that the“source-grid-load-storage”scheduling optimization model can improve the overall scheduling intensity and frequency of the power system,improve the consumption level of offshore wind turbines,and reduce the operating cost of the entire system.
