摘要
本文聚焦新形势下电力设计企业海外业务拓展及发展方向研究,综合运用问卷调查、实地调研和文献研究等方法调研国内头部电力设计企业海外业务发展现状和规划。对标国际一流企业,研究发现两者在区域布局、技术创新、多元化发展、市场开发模式和ESG理念方面存在差异。运用SWOT分析法,全面剖析企业的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁。结合国内企业海外发展现状,建设性提出积极融入国家“一带一路”倡议、优选国别、技术创新等举措,助力企业实现海外业务可持续发展。
This paper focuses on the research of overseas business expansion and development directions of electric power design enterprises in the new situation.It comprehensively uses methods such as questionnaire surveys,field investigations,and literature research to study the current situation and plans of overseas businesses of leading domestic electric power design enterprises.By benchmarking against world-class international enterprises,differences are found in aspects such as regional layout,technological innovation,diversified development,market development models,and ESG concepts.The SWOT analysis method is applied to comprehensively analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as external opportunities and threats of enterprises.Combining with the current situation of domestic enterprises’overseas development,constructive suggestions are proposed,such as actively integrating into the national"Belt and Road"Initiative,carefully selecting target countries,and promoting technological innovation,to help enterprises achieve the sustainable development of their overseas businesses.
