摘要
哈密盆地是新疆水资源最为紧缺的区域之一,目前地下水超采严重,治理形势刻不容缓。文章在对哈密盆地水资源量、水资源开发利用现状及存在的主要问题、未来用水需求等分析的基础上,合理提出适宜当地的水资源优化配置方案,在有效缓解地下水超采的同时,使水资源尽可能地产生最大效率和效益,对哈密盆地未来经济社会协调发展具有重大意义,对类似地区水资源优化配置也具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
As one of the regions with the most scarce water resources in Xinjiang,the Hami Basin is currently facing severe groundwater over-exploitation,making urgent management necessary.Based on an analysis of the water resource availability,current development and utilization status,major existing issues,and future water demand in the Hami Basin,this study proposes a locally suitable optimal water resource allocation plan.The plan aims to effectively alleviate groundwater over-exploitation while maximizing the efficiency and benefits of water resources.This research is of great significance for the coordinated economic and social development of the Hami Basin and provides valuable guidance and reference for the optimal allocation of water resources in similar regions.
