摘要
赵继福,全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承人指导教师,国家名老中医。临床四十余载,对于脾胃疾病的诊治,形成了独具特色的诊疗思路。赵教授认为脾胃不足为病之本,枢机不利为病之起,倡导“少阳为枢”理论,提出“郁毒致病”理论,主张病证结合,重视腹诊,从少阳论治,见微知著。通过对赵教授辨治脾胃病经验的总结,期望为临床医生临证提供一定的参考。
Zhao Jifu,mentoring teacher of academic experience of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine expert across the country,national famous veteran Chinese medicine doctor,has formed unique diagnosis and treatment ideas for spleen and stomach diseases after more than 40 years of clinical practice.Teacher Zhao believes that spleen and stomach weakness is the root of the disease,pivot obstructed is the cause of the disease.He advocates the theory of"Shaoyang as the pivot",proposes the theory of"Yudu causing disease",advocates the combination of diseases and syndromes,attaches importance to abdominal diagnosis,and discusses treatment from the perspective of Shaoyang,seeing the details and understanding the importance.Through summarizing Professor Zhao's experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,it is expected to provide certain reference for clinical doctors.
