摘要
中风在国内和国外逐渐发展成为第一位的死亡原因,除了极少数可完全康复外,约75%的患者会留下不同程度的后遗症,给我国带来了严重的社会与经济负担。减轻缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损、提高其生活质量已成为一项全球性社会和经济问题。本文着眼于中医传统针刺疗法治疗缺血性中风,基于调控血管稳态,从保护血管内皮细胞、调节血管炎症反应、改善血流变以及促进血管再生等方面探讨针刺疗法防治缺血性中风的作用机制,为后续有关实验及临床研究提供新方法、新思路。
Stroke has gradually become the number one cause of death both at home and abroad.In addition to a very small number of patients who can fully recover,about 75%of patients will leave sequelae of varying degrees,which brings serious social and economic burden to our country.Reducing neurological deficits and improving the quality of life of ischemic stroke patients has become a global social and economic issue.This paper focuses on the treatment of ischemic stroke by traditional Chinese acupuncture therapy.Based on the regulation of vascular homeostasis,this paper discusses the action mechanism of acupuncture therapy in preventing and treating ischemic stroke from the aspects of protecting vascular endothelial cells,regulating vascular inflammation,improving blood rheology and promoting vascular regeneration,etc.,and provides new methods and ideas for subsequent relevant experiments and clinical studies.
