摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是由多种病因导致的肺血管通透性增加及急性肺部炎症,从而引起低氧性呼吸衰竭和双肺影像学改变。ARDS发病率与死亡率密切相关,其治疗策略有很多最新研究。这篇综述介绍了当前关于ARDS的病因、病理生理机制和治疗方案。
Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an increase in pulmonary vascular permeability and acute lung inflammation caused by various etiologies,leading to hypoxic respiratory failure and imaging changes in both lungs.The incidence rate and mortality of ARDS are closely related,and there are many new studies on its treatment strategies.This review introduces the current etiology,pathophysiology,and treatment strategies of ARDS.
