摘要
目的探讨护理营养指导干预对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者自我护理能力与营养状态的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的100例CKD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理营养指导干预,干预6个月,比较两组患者干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力评分及生活质量高于对照组,营养状态评估量表评分低于对照组,血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、血钙均高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理营养指导干预可促进CKD患者提高自我护理能力,改善营养状态,同时可提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing nutrition guidance intervention on self-care ability and nutritional status of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 100 patients with CKD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing nutrition guidance intervention on the basis of the control group for 6 months,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the score of nutrition status assessment scale was lower than that in the control group,serum albumin,hemoglobin and blood calcium were higher than those in the control group,and blood phosphorus level was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing nutrition guidance intervention can improve the self-care ability and nutritional status of CKD patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
