摘要
目的分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺康复训练知信行水平的影响因素。方法选取2020年8月至2022年11月抚州市第一人民医院收治的79例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,使用COPD患者肺康复训练知信行问卷评估患者的知信行水平,统计患者的一般资料,采用多元线性回归分析老年COPD患者肺康复训练知信行水平的影响因素。结果经评估,79例老年COPD患者的肺康复训练知信行问卷评分为(74.85±6.38)分;不同病程、文化水平、职业、家庭人均月收入资料的患者知信行问卷得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同资料特征患者的知信行问卷评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,病程(B=-5.709,95%CI:-8.770~-2.648,t=3.715)、文化水平(B=-4.802,95%CI:-7.809~-1.795,t=3.181)、职业(B=-4.429,95%CI:-7.538~-1.320,t=2.837)、家庭人均月收入(B=-6.193,95%CI:-9.411~-2.974,t=3.832)均为老年COPD患者肺康复训练知信行水平的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者肺康复训练知信行水平中等,病程、文化水平、职业及家庭人均月收入均是其独立影响因素。临床应重点关注上述因素,并实施针对性护理措施,如加强健康宣教、提供经济支持等,以提高患者肺康复训练知信行水平。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice level of pulmonary rehabilitation training in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 79 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital from August 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.The knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of pulmonary rehabilitation training for COPD patients was used to evaluate the knowledge-attitude-practice level of the patients,and the general data of the patients were collected.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice level of pulmonary rehabilitation training in elderly COPD patients.Results After evaluation,the score of pulmonary rehabilitation training knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of 79 elderly COPD patients was(74.85±6.38)points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire among patients with different course of disease,education level,occupation and family per capita monthly income(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of patients with other data characteristics(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that disease duration(B=-5.709,95%CI:-8.770--2.648,t=3.715),education level(B=-4.802,95%CI:-7.809--1.795,t=3.181),occupation(B=-4.429,95%CI:-7.538--1.320,t=2.837),family monthly income per capita(B=-6.193,95%CI:-9.411--2.974,t=3.832)were the independent influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice level of pulmonary rehabilitation training in elderly COPD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with COPD have a moderate level of knowledge-attitude-practice in pulmonary rehabilitation training,and the duration of the disease,cultural level,occupation and per capita monthly family income are all independent influencing factors.Clinical attention should be paid to these factors and targeted nursing measures should be implemented,such as strengthening health education and providing economic support,in order to improve the patients'knowledge and belief in pulmonary rehabilitation training.
