红医精神融入医学生英语教学的实践与探索

摘要 传承红色基因和弘扬红医精神对于提升新时代医学生医德修养具有重要意义。大学英语课程作为医学人文教育的关键组成部分,为融入红医精神提供了重要契机。本文从“讲什么”“怎么讲”和“谁来讲”三个维度出发,设计了红医精神融入英语教学的总体策略。通过优化教案、课件、编写教辅材料,以及实施课前、课中和课后的全方位教学设计,实现了红医精神与英语教学的有效结合。教学实施效果分析结果显示,融合红医精神的教学模式不仅显著增强了医学生对红医精神的理解和认同,有效提升了医德修养和人文精神,而且显著提高了英语语言能力和跨文化交流技巧。因此,将红医精神融入大学英语教学是必要且可行的。 Inheriting the red genetic code and promoting the red medical spirit are of great significance in enhancing the medical ethics cultivation of medical students in the new era.As a key component of medical humanities education,college English courses provide an important opportunity to integrate the red medical spirit.This paper designs an overall strategy for integrating the red medical spirit into English teaching from the three dimensions of″what to teach″,″how to teach″and″who will engage in teaching″.This study effectively integrates the red medical spirit with English teaching by optimizing teaching plans,courseware,and the compilation of teaching aids.It also implements comprehensive teaching designs before,during,and after class.The analysis of teaching implementation effects shows that the teaching model integrating the red medical spirit not only significantly enhances medical students′understanding and recognition of the red medical spirit,effectively improving their medical ethics cultivation and humanistic spirit,but also significantly improves their English language abilities and cross-cultural communication skills.Therefore,integrating the red medical spirit into college English teaching is both necessary and feasible.
