摘要
目的 探究西门子ADVIA Centaur XP化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的效果,为诊断脑血管疾病提供参考。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月天津市职业病防治院收治的脑血管疾病患者269例作为研究组,其中脑梗死163例和脑出血106例;选取同期健康体检人员151例作为对照组。所有研究对象均采用西门子ADVIA Centaur XP化学发光免疫分析仪进行血清Hcy检测,比较脑血管疾病患者和健康体检的健康人群采用化学发光免疫分析法检测血清Hcy的结果;比较不同脑血管疾病类型患者的血清Hcy结果。结果 研究组血清Hcy水平为(22.32±7.14)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(11.87±1.86)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=16.598,P<0.05)。不同脑血管疾病类型患者血清Hcy水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用西门子ADVIA Centaur XP化学发光免疫分析仪对血清Hcy进行检测,可以清晰地反映出机体内血清Hcy水平是否出现异常情况,以此作为判断脑血管疾病形成与病情发展程度的参考依据。
Objective To explore the effect of Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer in measuring serum homocysteine(Hcy),in order to provide reference for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 269 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to Tianjin Occupational Disease Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,including 163 cases of cerebral infarction and 106 cases of cerebral hemorrhage;151 individuals who underwent health check ups during the same period were selected as the control group.All study objects were tested for serum Hcy using Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.The results of serum Hcy detection using chemiluminescence immunoassay were compared between patients with cerebrovascular disease and healthy individuals undergoing physical examination;and the results of serum Hcy levels in patients with different types of cerebrovascular diseases were compared.Results The serum Hcy level in the study group was(22.32±7.14)μmol/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group wtih(11.87±1.86)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.598,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum Hcy levels in patients with different types of cerebrovasular diseases(P>0.05).Conclusion The Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer was used to detect serum Hcy,which could clearly reflect whether there were abnormal levels of serum Hcy in the body,and serve as a reference for judging the formation and progression of cerebrovascular diseases.
