摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是最常见的关节退行性疾病,也是导致老年人生活质量降低和残疾的主要原因。伴随我国人口老龄化程度加剧,骨关节炎的患病人数和比例都逐渐上升。温泉水疗法可以显著缓解部分骨关节炎患者疼痛、改善功能,并且在治疗结束后中短期内仍能够提高患者生活质量。对于非手术治疗的患者,可以酌情考虑应用温泉水疗法进行治疗或作为辅助治疗。本文介绍了温泉水疗法用于骨关节炎治疗的临床研究进展,以及温泉水疗法作为辅助疗法与其他治疗方法包括中药内服、外敷、蒸气浴、针灸以及磁疗和泥浆包联合使用的临床疗效。最后,我们讨论了应用温泉水疗法治疗骨关节炎潜在的机制以及面临的挑战,为推广温泉水疗法治疗骨关节炎提供借鉴。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common joint degenerative disease and a major cause of reduced quality of life and disability in older adults.With the aging population in China,the number and proportion of OA patients have gradually increased.Thermal hot spring water therapy can significantly relieve the pain,and improve the function in some OA patients,as well as improve the quality of life in a short and medium period.For non-surgically treated OA patients,hot spring water therapy can be applied as an option or adjuvant therapy.This review described the clinical progress of hot spring water therapy for the treatment of OA and the clinical efficacy of hot spring water therapy as an adjuvant therapy in combination with other treatments including the internal and external administration of TCM,and steam bath,acupuncture and moxibustion,magnetic and mud package.Finally,we discussed the potential mechanisms and challenges of hot water therapy in the treatment of OA.
