三七切片设备振动特性分析 被引量:2

Analysis on vibration characteristics of pseudo-ginseng slicing equipment

摘要 文中针对一种新型旋转式三七切片设备运行状态不稳定、振动较大等问题,对切片设备进行振动特性分析。首先,对切片设备开展整机模态仿真分析,得到切片设备的固有频率和振型;其次,采用锤击法对切片设备进行整机模态试验,对比仿真结果和试验结果,验证了模态仿真的准确性。结合模态分析结果对切片设备不同部件振动特性进行分析,确定了切片设备的薄弱环节是支撑柱。通过更改支撑柱的材料及直径对切片设备进行减振优化并仿真验证,结果表明:随着支撑柱直径的增大,其工作振幅显著减小;优化后切片设备的3阶固有频率由74.38 Hz提高到113.57 Hz,避开切片设备最高工作频率,避免设备发生共振;支撑柱最大变形量减小了14.985 mm,提高了切片设备的稳定性。 Since the new rotary pseudo-ginseng slicing equipment suffers such problems as unstable running state and large vibration,in this article the slicing equipment’s vibration characteristics are analyzed.Firstly,the slicing equipment is subject to the modal simulation,in order to identify its natural frequency and mode of vibration.Secondly,the hammering method is used to conduct the modal experiment on the slicing equipment;the simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify that the model simulation is accurate.Based on the results from the modal simulation,efforts are made to explore the vibration characteristics of the slicing equipment’s different parts;as a result,it is verified that the slicing equipment suffers a weak support column.The slicing equipment is subject to such tasks as vibration reduction and simulation,by changing the support column’s materials and diameter.The results show that with the support column’s ever-growing diameter,its working amplitude decreases significantly.After optimization,the slicing equipment can be protected from highest working frequency and resonance,with its 3-order natural frequency increasing from 74.38 Hz to 113.57 Hz.The slicing equipment enjoys a higher standard of stability,with the support column’s maximum deformation reducing 14.985 mm.
