摘要
针对石油管材机加工车间中,螺纹保护套的搬运和连接是一项繁重且反复的任务,通常需要现场工人手动操作,这导致劳动强度大且效率低下。因此,提出了一种基于工业机械手和3D相机识别模型的智能化改造方案,旨在通过自动化手段减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率。利用工业机械手取代人工操作以搬运螺纹保护套,并结合3D相机进行高精度对准,实现了螺纹保护套与石油管材管口的自动对准与连接,显著提升了自动化水平和生产效率。
In the machining workshops for oilfield tubular goods,the layout and connection of threaded protective sleeves is a cumbersome and repetitive task,often requiring manual operation by on-site workers,which results in high labor intensity and low efficiency.This study proposes an intelligent transformation scheme based on industrial robots and 3D camera recognition models,aiming to reduce workers’labor intensity and improve production efficiency through automation.By utilizing industrial robots to replace manual operations in handling threaded protective sleeves,combined with high-precision alignment using 3D cameras,automatic alignment and connection of threaded protective sleeves to the pipe ends of oilfield tubular goods are achieved,significantly enhancing the level of automation and production efficiency.
