摘要
目前,小型PLC在成本和技术方面存在限制,通常不支持EtherCAT总线通讯。然而,工业现场对PLC的EtherCAT通讯需求极为迫切。为了解决这一问题,该设计基于RT-Thread操作系统及STM32H750微控制器的PLC控制器软硬件,提出了一种通过SOEM EtherCAT Master开源协议栈构建EtherCAT主站系统的有效方法。并在DP83848网口PLC上进行测试,选用了汇川SV620伺服驱动器和ABB驱动器做为从站设备。成功实现了EtherCAT主站的功能,并验证了该系统能够有效满足现场控制需要,为小型PLC支持EtherCAT通讯提供了低成本的解决方案。
Currently,small PLC are limited in terms of cost and technology,and usually do not support EtherCAT bus communication.However,the need for EtherCAT communication of PLC in industrial field is extremely urgent.In order to solve this problem,this design is based on RT-Thread operating system and STM32H750 microcontroller PLC controller hardware and software,and put forward an effective method to build EtherCAT Master system through SOEM EtherCAT Master open source protocol stack.The test was carried out on DP83848 network port PLC,and Huichuan SV620 servo driver and ABB driver were selected as the slave station equipment.The function of EtherCAT master station is successfully realized,and the system can effectively meet the needs of field control,and provides a low-cost solution for small PLC to support EtherCAT communication.
