摘要
以涂层纸为例,提出在涂层纸耐脂度测试中引入图像分析法和时间轴:将食用油脂在被测涂层纸样表面渗透5min、30min、1h、4h、6h、8h后的情况分别透光拍照,并依据油脂渗透区域比非渗透区域透光性更强、在图片中颜色更浅的特点,使用图像处理软件Photoshop对所得照片的渗透区域进行描边和抠图处理,可得油脂在被测涂层纸样表面的渗透孔数量、渗透孔分布、单个渗透孔的渗透面积和油脂总渗透面积等数据。该法所测耐脂能力不仅具备直观性、均匀性和可量化性,而且可以反映耐脂性能随时间的变化情况,为涂层纸耐脂性能评估提供了一种更全面的测试方法。
This study presents a novel testing method for determining the grease resistance determination of coated paper by comparing temporal changes in images of coated paper with oil,thereby evaluating its resistance to grease.The penetration of grease onto the surface of the coated paper was documented through translucent photography at regular intervals of 5 min,30 min,1 h,4 h,6 h,8 h.In comparison to non-penetrated areas,the penetrated regions exhibited enhanced translucency and appeared lighter in color in the images.After undergoing photoshop processing,contouring and clipping operations can be conducted on the infiltrated areas in the image to acquire data regarding the quantity and distribution of oil penetration holes on the surface of the coated paper,as well as the individual hole permeation area and overall oil penetration area.The present method not only provides a visual test for assessing grease resistance,but also offers a evaluation of the long-term performance of coated paper,thereby presenting a more comprehensive approach to evaluating its grease resistance performance.
