摘要
近年来,南昌市积极探索开展智慧水利建设,在水旱灾害防御、水政执法等方面充分利用信息技术,取得了显著成效。文章从南昌市智慧水利建设取得的成果为切入点,全面梳理了南昌市智慧水利建设在监控感知系统应用、无人机巡河常态化、信息平台建设逐步推进、水利工程智能化改造等方面取得的成果,深入剖析了当前存在的数据整合标准不统一及共享机制不完善、技术更新滞后及创新应用不足、建设资金投入不足及后续维护资金缺乏、复合型人才短缺及培训体系不完善、网络安全风险及设备安全隐患等问题。面对智慧水利建设的新形势新要求,结合南昌市发展实际,提出针对性的措施建议,可为南昌市智慧水利建设提供参考。
In recent years,Nanchang City has actively explored and carried out smart water conservancy construction,fully utilizing information technology to achieve significant results in water and drought disaster prevention,wateradministration law enforcement,and other aspects.The article takes the achievements of smart water conservancyconstruction in Nanchang City as the starting point,comprehensively sorts out the achievements of smart waterconservancy construction in Nanchang City in the widespread application of monitoring systems,the normalization ofunmanned aerial vehicle patrols,the gradual promotion of information platform construction,and the intelligenttransformation of water conservancy projects.It deeply analyzes the current problems such as inconsistent dataintegration standards and imperfect sharing mechanisms,lagging technological updates and insufficient innovativeapplications,insufficient investment in construction and subsequent maintenance funds,shortage of composite talentsand imperfect training systems,network security risks and equipment security hazards.Faced with the new situation andrequirements of smart water conservancy construction,combined with the actual development of Nanchang City,targetedmeasures and suggestions are proposed,which can provide reference for the development of smart water conservancyconstruction in Nanchang City.
