摘要
研发一套针对集装箱码头大型设备关键部件的管理系统,系统采用B/S架构,利用WebSocket协议实现高效的前后端实时通信,引入数据中台集中处理多源异构数据,实现关键部件从入库到运行监控、故障报警、更换及统计分析的全生命周期管理。该系统应用可提升码头设备运维的智能化水平,降低运维成本。
A management system for key components of large-scale equipment in container terminals has been developed.The system adopts a B/S architecture and utilizes the WebSocket protocol to achieve efficient real-time communication between the front-end and back-end.A data middle platform is introduced to centrally process multi-source heterogeneous data,enabling full lifecycle management of key components,from warehousing to operational monitoring,fault alarms,replacement,and statistical analysis.The application of this system can enhance the intelligence level of terminal equipment operation and maintenance while reducing maintenance costs.
