基于熵值法的山东省制造业数字化转型评价研究

摘要 推动制造业数字化转型,是践行地区经济高质量发展的重要内容之一。文章基于2003~2022年山东省制造业相关数据,设计了包含数字化转型基础设施、数字化转型创新能力和数字化转型效益3个维度11个具体指标的山东省制造业数字化转型评价指标体系,并运用熵值法对山东省制造业数字化转型程度进行了综合评价。研究发现,数字化转型基础设施和数字化转型创新能力呈逐年增长的趋势,前10年水平低且增长速度较平缓,近10年增长速度较快,水平迅速提升;数字化转型的效益呈现缓慢的波状上升的趋势,效益水平存量规模相对较弱;制造业数字化转型以2017年为拐点呈现先缓后陡的增长态势。具体而言,2003~2017年间制造业数字化转型水平较低且呈波状缓慢上升的趋势,2018~2022年制造业数字化转型步伐不断加快,水平快速提升。根据研究结果提出了提升山东省制造业数字化转型水平的建议。 Promoting the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is one of the important aspects of implementing high-quality regional economic development.Using data from Shandong Province’s manufacturing industry from 2003~2022,this study designs an evaluation index system via entropy method.The system includes 11 specific indicators from 3 dimensions:digtial transformation infrastructure,digtial transformation innovation ability,and digital transformation benefits.A comprehensive evaluation of the degree of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is also conducted.This study finds that the infrastructure and innovation capabilities of digital transformation have been increasing year by year.In the first 10 years,the level was low and the growth rate was relatively flat,but in the past 10 years,the growth rate has been rapidly and the level has rapidly improved.The digital transformation benefits are showing a slow and fluctuating upward trend,and the stock scale of benefits is relatively weak;The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has shown a trend of slow growth followed by a steep increase since 2017.Specifically,from 2003 to 2017,the level of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry was relatively low and showed a slow upward trend.From 2018 to 2022,the pace of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry continued to accelerate and the level rapidly improved.Based on the research results,suggestions have been put forward to enhance the digital transformation level of manufacturing industry in Shandong Province.
