丙酮酸激酶M2在神经系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)与多种神经系统疾病有着密切联系,其通过有氧糖酵解、氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等多种机制参与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化症、创伤性脑损伤等神经系统疾病的发生发展。该文通过概述PKM2的生物学特性及其在神经系统疾病的病理生理机制中的作用,可以更好地了解PKM2与神经系统疾病的发生发展的联系,以期为神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的思路。 Pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)is closely linked to a variety of neurological disorders,involved in the onset and progression of a wide range of diseases,including Alzheimer′s disease,Parkinson′s disease,multiple sclerosis and traumatic brain injury through such mechanisms as aerobic glycolysis,oxidative stress,inflammation and apoptosis.This review is intended to provide an overview of the biological characteristics of PKM2 and its role in the pathophysiological mechanisms of neurological disorders.A better understanding of the correlations between PKM2 and the development of neurological diseases can offer new insights into and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.
