摘要
空分装置(air separation unit,ASU)作为现代工业生产中不可或缺的关键设备,通过低温精馏技术高效分离空气中的氧气、氮气以及稀有气体,为钢铁、煤化工、医疗、能源等多个行业提供高质量的气体资源。文章综述了空分装置的基本原理、液氧泵频繁憋压不打量的相关问题,并根据不同阶段发生的不打量情况进行探讨分析,最终完美解决了液氧泵憋压不打量的问题。
Air separation unit(ASU),as an indispensable key equipment in modern industrial production,efficiently separates oxygen,nitrogen and rare gases in the air through cryogenic distillation technology,and provides a good solution for iron and steel,coal chemical industry,medical industry and medical industry.Medical,energy and other industries to provide high-quality gas resources.This paper summarizes the basic theory of the air separation unit and the relevant questions of the frequent pinching of the liquid oxygen pump.Finally,the question that the liquid oxygen pump does not measure the pressure is solved perfectly.
