摘要
鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司负责运营管理着全球唯一的百万吨级煤直接液化生产线。在国际地缘政治摩擦不断、强调安全自主可控的大背景下,该公司积极响应国家号召,采用国内领先的实时数据库产品pSpace,并融合工业时序数据高效压缩、分布式实时历史库级联镜像传输等核心技术,开展实时数据库国产化的研究与应用工作。最终成功替代已投入使用10余年的美国Honeywell公司PHD数据库,切实加强了企业及煤化工领域核心工艺数据的安全性。该项目的建成,对于工业基础软件的国产化替代与升级具有重大借鉴意义。
Ordos Coal-to-Oil Sub-Company is responsible for the operation and management of the world's only one million tons of coal direct liquefaction production line.Under the background of constant international geopolitical friction and emphasis on security,autonomy and controllability,the company actively responded to the national call,adopted the leading real-time database product pSpace in China,and integrated core technologies such as efficient compression ofindustrial time series data and cascade image transmission of distributed real-time history database to carry out research and application of real-time database localization.Finally,it successfully replaced the PHD database of Honeywell,which has been put into use for more than 10 years,and effectively strengthened the security of core process data of enterprises and coal chemical industry.The completion of this project has great reference significance for the localization replacement and upgrading ofindustrial basic software.
