摘要
催化裂解装置的能耗相较于常规催化裂化装置更高,通过操作优化来改善催化裂解装置的生产运行状况、降低能耗,一直是各催化装置每年都在实施且期望达成的目标。通过对分馏塔顶油气空冷器和吸收稳定系统富气空冷器的运行规律及运行效果进行长期观察,采用优化空冷器启停数量的方式,以降低装置的电力消耗。
The energy consumption of catalytic cracking unit is higher than that of conventional catalytic cracking unit.Improving the production and operation status of catalytic cracking unit and reducing energy consumption through operation optimization has always been the goal that each catalytic unit is implemented and expected to achieve every year.In this paper,the operation rule and effect of the oil-gas air cooler on the top of the fractionation tower and the gas-rich air cooler in the absorption and stabilization system are observed for a long time,and the number of air coolers started and stopped is optimized to reduce the power consumption of the unit.
