天然气接收站建设的环境管理与控制措施

Environmental management and control measures for the construction of natural gas receiving stations

摘要 文章基于顺德燃气杏坛接收(应急)站项目的天然气管道建设工程,对项目周边整体环境影响展开研究。通过详细阐述项目概况、环境质量现状、工程分析以及可能产生的环境影响,引入环境风险评价模型对项目环境风险进行量化评估,并提出相应的污染防治措施与可持续发展策略。研究结果表明,本项目建设及投入运行后,所产生的环境影响处于可接受范围,符合环境保护法相关规定,不会对周边环境质量造成显著影响,为燃气项目的环境管理提供了参考依据。 Based on the natural gas pipeline construction of Shunde Gas Xingtan Receiving(emergency) Station project,this paper studies the overall environmental impact around the project.Through detailed description of project overview,environmental quality status,engineering analysis and possible environmental impact,environmental risk assessment model is introduced to quantitatively assess the environmental risk of the project,and corresponding pollution prevention measures and sustainable development strategies are proposed.The research results show that after the construction and operation of this project,the environmental impact is in the acceptable range,in line with the relevant provisions of the environmental protection law,and will not cause significant impact on the surrounding environmental quality,which provides a reference for the environmental management of gas projects.
