摘要
在化工项目建设中,电气工程起着至关重要的作用,因而电气工程的管理尤为关键。从设计源头的把控,到施工过程的监督,均需要完善且健全的管理思路与理念。尽管当前项目建设的电气工程管理有众多国家及行业等标准、规范可供遵循与指导,但在具体实践中,诸多细节仍需借助实践经验加以完善。文章深入剖析项目建设各阶段可能出现问题的原因,并提出一系列切实可行的解决方案与思路,旨在持续完善电气工程管理的方法。
In the construction of chemical project,electrical engineering plays a vital role,so the management of electrical engineering is particularly critical.From the control of the design source to the supervision of the construction process,it is necessary to perfect and sound management ideas and concepts.Although there are many national and industrial standards and norms for the current electrical engineering management of project construction to follow and guide,in specific practice,many details still need to be improved by practical experience.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of possible problems in each stage of project construction,and puts forward a series of practical solutions and ideas,aiming at continuously improving the method of electrical engineering management.
