工程建设项目设备及材料质量分级管控措施

摘要 文章针对工程建设项目中业主自采与承包商采购设备材料在验收及使用环节频发的质量问题,构建了采购物资质量分级管控体系。该体系从设备材料管控范围、功能重要性、历史质量风险概率、质量问题影响程度等四个维度出发,建立分级评定标准。通过对物资实施分级管理(分为关键级、重要级、一般级),明确各等级物资在制造前准备、生产过程控制、出厂验收等全流程的管控要点与技术要求。实践表明,该体系可有效提升设备材料到货质量合格率,为工程建设项目实体质量提供系统性保障。 In view of the frequent quality problems in the acceptance and use of equipment and materials purchased by owners and contractors in engineering construction projects,this study established a hierarchical control system for the quality of purchased materials.The system starts from four dimensions of equipment and material control scope,functional importance,historical quality risk probability,quality problem impact degree,and establishes grading and evaluation standards.Through the hierarchical management of materials(divided into key level,important level,general level),it is clear that the control points and technical requirements of the whole process such as pre-manufacturing preparation,production process control,and factory acceptance of materials at each level.Practice shows that this system can effectively improve the quality of equipment and materials,and provide systematic guarantee for the quality of engineering construction projects.
