基于柔性压感技术的微穿戴感夜间阴茎勃起监测装置的研制

摘要 目前主流夜间阴茎勃起监测装置多为有线连接,且主机的体积较大与重量较重,影响穿戴体验。本研究研制一种基于柔性压感技术的微穿戴感夜间阴茎勃起监测装置。选用长条形柔性材料承载电容-压力传感模块(信号采集模块)、蓝牙传输控制模块和电源供电模块,软件系统设计分别采用下位机勃起信号采集硬件程序和上位机勃起功能评估软件。该装置样机与主流阴茎勃起功能综合诊断仪RigiScan相比,体积为34.88 cm^(3),仅为RigiScan的2.38%,重量为34 g,仅为RigiScan的3.94%,功耗仅为RigiScan的12.22%,能够实现无线和低触感监测,具有穿戴感微弱、体积小、重量轻和低功耗等特点,有助于提升被监测者的穿戴体验,排除心理干扰,提升监测准确性。 At present,the most of mainstream monitoring device for nocturnal penile erection adopts wired connection,and the volume of host is larger and the weight of that is heavier,which affect the wearing experience.This research developed a microwearable monitoring device for nocturnal penile erection on the basis of flexible pressure sensing technique.This device selected flexible material of stripe to carry the sensing module of capacitor and pressure(signal acquisition module),control module with Bluetooth transmission and power supply module.The design of software system adopted respectively the hardware program of device for signal acquisition of erection and assessment software of computer for erection function.Compared with the comprehensively diagnostic instrument RigiScan of mainstream for the function of penile erection,the volume of the prototype of this device only was 2.38%by RigiScan,and the weight of that only was 3.94%by RigiScan,and the power consumption of that only was 12.22%by RigiScan,which can realize monitoring of wireless and low tactile sensation.It has a series of characteristics included weak wearing sensation,small volume,lightweight and low-power consumption,which is contribute to enhance the wearing experience of monitored person,and eliminate psychological interference,and increase the accuracy of monitoring.
